Our personalized one-on-one sessions are meticulously designed to offer individualized support, ensuring that we can effectively target and address your distinct challenges and goals.

Our group sessions, whether for teams or other collective settings, are thoughtfully structured to cater to specific requirements of your group in the realm of sport psychology. These sessions are crafted to inform, promote awareness, and cultivate essential mental skills.

Individual

Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes in duration. While rate of progression depends on characteristics, complexity of concerns, and aspirations, individuals can expect a minimum three to five sessions. Upon reaching certain milestones, individuals may choose to continue mental performance training to sustain and refine their mental game. This often takes the form of periodic check-ins. An ongoing relationship provides reassurance of a space where individuals can share their growth and progress not only as a performer, but as a person.

Add-ons

Observational sessions - The individual is observed in their actual performance or practice environment allowing for contextual real-time assessments of their mental performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Group sessions are typically 1 hour in duration. They are beneficial for aligning goals, fostering team cohesion, and enhancing collaboration. It is important to note that group sessions are not only beneficial for players, but also coaches and parents. Sessions are usually delivered on-site at the group's facility.

goal setting, imagery, focus/concentration, self-talk, communication, mental toughness, routines...
